DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
In mainland France, articles are shipped by post, via the Colissimo service, in packaging
that is traceable. Envelopes (tear-proof and waterproof) or boxes are used, depending on the quantity ordered.
We also deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Portugal,
the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and French overseas territories.
The articles are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. Risks shall be
your liability as from the date on which the products ordered leave our premises.
Costs:
The processing and shipping costs in mainland France are:
Colissimo - 5,10€
UPS - 15,00€
The processing and shipping costs for Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy,
Luxemburg, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and the overseas territories are €12.50.
The carriage costs are clearly defined during the order process and require
full agreement from the customer.
Delivery times:
Orders in mainland France are received within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday) for
the Colissimo service and 24 hours (zone 1,2 and 3) or 48 hours (zone 4) with UPS delivery. For deliveries outside France
The delivery time is 3-7 days. However, these times are only given for information purposes and we cannot be held responsible for any delays
due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, lost parcels, etc.)
REPSONSIBILITIES
If an order or part of an order is not delivered, you have a maximum period of one month (as from the shipment date)
to make a claim. After this period, we shall not accept any claims.
RIGHT TO RECONSIDER
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 clear days within which to exercise his
right to reconsider without having to justify his choice or to pay any penalty, except for the carriage costs. The period indicated in
the previous paragraph runs from the time the order is taken into account.
The product should be returned in good condition enclosed in its original packaging. Goods returned incomplete, damaged,
spoilt or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns procedure :
You have 7 days from the time of receipt of your parcel within which to inform us of your decision
to return the product, by e-mail(sav@keddyfactory.com) or by letter to the address given above.
You will be given a return number. Any order returned without a return number shall be refused.
As from the date of your return request, you have 15 days within which to return the product to us, in good condition and enclosed in its
original packaging. The return costs are at your expense.
This condition does not apply in the event of returns for defects or non-compliance.
After receipt and acceptance of your package, we will refund you for the article within 30 days, excluding the
carriage costs of your order. Articles sold during the sales, promotions or invitation-only sales events may only be exchanged for a credit note.
GUARANTEES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
We undertake to refund or exchange any goods that do not comply with your order (faulty or
non-conform). You shall inform us of this by e-mail at sav@keddyfactory.com or by letter, within a period of two days following
receipt of your order. In all complaints, the customer shall indicate his contact details, the order number, the
product references and the reason for his complaint. Any claims received after this period shall be refused.
In the event of non-compliant or faulty goods, the carriage and return costs shall be refunded.
